STUDENT DISCIPLINE & GENERAL POLICIES

Attendance

Minimum 75% attendance is required. Habitual absenteeism without prior notice may result in debarment from examinations or cancellation of enrollment.

Examinations

A valid student ID is required at all examinations. Plagiarism or use of unfair means leads to cancellation of the paper and further disciplinary proceedings.

Code of Conduct

Students must treat all faculty, staff, and peers with respect. Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action.

Misconduct

Academic dishonesty, vandalism, or misuse of resources is subject to disciplinary review. Penalties range from a formal warning to expulsion.

Fee Payment

Fees must be paid by the due date. Late payments attract a surcharge. Non-payment may result in suspension or withholding of academic records.

Institution Rights

ICT Business School reserves the right to amend fees, schedules, and program content. Certificates may be withheld pending clearance.

Dress Code

A neat, modest, and professional appearance is required at all times on campus. Offensive or inappropriate attire is strictly prohibited.

Digital & Campus Resources

All digital and physical resources are to be used responsibly. Misuse or damage to campus property will result in disciplinary action.
